Bikeride with Jacob
Today I finally got Jacob to come along on my bikeride. Hopefully he will continue to ride with me so I dont have to ride alone. We rode our bikes from my house in Monte Sereno down the Los Gatos Creek Trail, as i usually do, and all the way to downtown Los Gatos, but instead of continuing on the creek trail to the dam, we went on the surface streets to Jones Trail. Jones trail is located just a bit higher up the hill than the base of the creek trail between lg and lexington, and it runs parallel, but climbs up the hill much higher, whereas the creek trail stays just about with the creek until you climb up the dam. The ride was a little slow because it was Jacob’s first ride in a long time and his bad meal the day before didnt help. Tomorrow we will do the same ride again, and hopefully we can go further and quicker. Today’s ride was 9.7 miles, and is the same bikeride I usually do when I’m alone. We’ll see what happens. After the bikeride, Jacob and I went with my parents to Pedros. I had my usual Flautas and a Catalina Margarita that I get when I go there, but technically my mom bought it because I forgot my ID. I think the waitress looked at me funny when I asked her how old she thought I was. I should have just ordered the drink and hoped she didnt card me.

It is a little embarrassing that, after 45 years of research and study, the best advice I can give to people is to be a little kinder to each other. by
